WebHello! Current resident at Biltmore. I moved in in February and my ground level apartment has never seen a rat. Keep in mind that prior to 2024 this is an apartment hotel so the reviews should be changing with new management. I know the folks in the leasing office (Nicole, Mia, Tyler) and they seem like decent people! WebThe apartment itself is fine, but otherwise wouldn't be worth the money. The rent is high and there are not many amenities, parking is extra, and no utilities are included. However, the units themselves are nice, and maintenance is responsive to needs. Management can be difficult to get in touch with in an emergency.
