I have tried deleting ITL file and also doing a factory reset but issue still persists. On phone console logs i am seeing this error-. Pay attention to firewalls, WAN optimizers., and so on in the path which can drop/hamper HTTP(S) traffic. If HTTPS is in use then ensure connectivity between the phone and TVS server and TVS is functioning. Working Scenario

If you download the config file for the non working phone and look for the TVS entry you'll either see a hostname or IP address. Host not found usually indicates that the TVS entry is a hostname. We have a new installation of a CUCM cluster (10.5.2.10000-5). The phones are a 7821 and 8851. Corporate directory was working fine but all of a sudden it just says Requesting... and then it says Host Not Found. WebIf you scroll down to the settings for the Idle screen and the idle timeout on the phone pages, there are probably entries not being reachable for the phone.
