Keep the bowdens as short as you can and set up pressure advance. Identical lenght bowdens are required for pressure advance to work well. Thanks will take a look this evening!

WebExtruder steppers always tend to get very hot. Your good as long as you don't melt anything. Set up a print as fast as your nozzleflow can handle and then decreasing current to the extruder motor step by step until you run into issues, then just revert to the lowest possible value where it worked without any issues.
