WebJul 15, 2011 · I replaced the fabric on our travel trailer that had the 9100 awning , and yes it has the torsion spring on the non-motorized end. It does also have a little more tension than the manual models. From what I remember, the instructions that came with the fabric, and the online videos, called for 9-10 turns on each end, and mine took 12-13.
