WebIt's because Filza has a launchdaemon to give it full access to root when you jailbreak automatically. It's something like com.tilga.filza. Apparently, this attempt to give the app full root access fails, due to the daemon automatically being disabled for some reason. You can enable it, but I can't remember how. Also, iFile works.
