Wow, I feel everything with a noticeable heightened sensitivity. This includes emotions, muscle pain, my sense of smell, hearing and taste. WebI stop drinking because I have to. I want to learn how to do this not 100% on my own but for the most part on my own. The first thing I learned about addiction is that you have to actually want to quit to be completely successful. NEEDING to quit and WANTING to quit are two separate things entirely.
