Goodnotes 5 mac not syncing

WebI've tried restarting my computer, turning off and on the setting for iCloud in Goodnotes, disabling and enabling the iCloud settings on the computer, and even reinstalling Goodnotes. At first, it was just the stickers and templates that didn't sync and now barely anything will. Has anybody else had this happen? How did you fix it? comments
