It only happens with Gravity Rush 2, and it happens on two different systems. Both have 2TB drives, so I was wondering if that was the cause. The second PS4 I installed on had nothing else on it and was new. (I just added the 2TB drive). It is very aggravating, because it happens several times in a row, like you said.
