These don’t have the limitations of junk tubes we get with our lasers from the factory and have to under drive them to get them to last very long. So how much current you run through your tube depends on the quality of the tube. 1 Like WebbBasically you clamp a block to each side of the machine up against the gantry, with a spacer between the block and gantry the amount you need to adjust it by. Release the belt and or gear on that end, remove the spacer, pull the gantry up tight, and tighten everything back down. Or... My gantry was out of square by 2.8mm.

WebbDid a ramp test and found the ideal distance to cut is 2mm and not the 1.5mm spacer provided. Checked the mirror alignment and 1 corner is slightly off, but not much. What was the other issue I didn't know about? The min speed on cuts. Once I set the min and max to the same speed, it cut like butter!
