Webtabout (Watson 2011), outreg2,andestpost (distributed with the estout program). None of these commands do exactly what frmttable does: write a Stata matrix of statistics to a fully formatted Word or TEX table. All the above user-written commands take output from specific Stata commands (especially regressions) rather than from an arbitrary matrix.
