WebYou don't have to skill if you don't wanna. The cheat is: stats.set_skill_level Major_Charisma 10. That's just an example. You can change the "charisma" to whatever skill you want to master. Worked for me anyway. But I still have found no way to max the friend and romance bars without doing it legit. WebOrder bar food.
